There was a time when PingPilot was a web module that added omni-channel communications to any website.

It was a marketing tool. With the addition of a new CEO, came a new direction.

Partnering with Atlassian

Tom Koby took over the product and quickly changed direction. Splitting PingPilot from Ping.me.

Ping.me would remain an omni-channel marketing module; but PingPilot would become an innovative platform integration tool for Jira ticketing agent.

With this change, an entirely new website function and design was needed. And they needed it in 4 weeks. SCORCH delivered.
